Can I also order my canvas photo in black and white?

Of course you can also order your canvas photo in black and white. Either upload the respective photo already as B/W file, or send the colour file to service@xxlpix.net. We will convert your photo into a B/W file free of charge.

Can I also order mashups?

Of course we can also print mashups on canvas for you. However, you must deliver the mashup as printable file. We do not produce mashups. You can order a finished mashup through our order process.

Which colour profile should I use?

In general, no special colour profile is necessary. However, we can process files that are delivered in Adobe-RGB or sRGB with especially high colour fidelity.

Do you also produce special formats?

We produce any format for you by order. The sizes must be defined in decimeter steps. For example, 20 cm x 150 cm is possible as a format - but we cannot produce 67 x 83 cm, for example. We do not offer products smaller than 20 x 30 cm. Should you require sizes over 140 x 210 cm, please contact our customer service at service@xxlpix.net. We will process your inquiry within 24 hours.

Can I save shipping costs if I order several canvas prints?

We send all canvas photos via courier to be able to deliver your order to you as fast as possible. This means that multiple orders do not reduce the shipping costs. Courier services are calculated by so-called "volume weight", which increases linear with each additional canvas photo.

If you are planning an order with a quantity of 50 canvas photos or more, please contact us. We are able to offer you a profitable shipping price for piece good freight (euro-pallet) for large-scale orders.

Are the canvas prints water-proof?

The newest generation of our printing technology enables us to print canvas photos that are water-resistant. If the canvas photo comes into contact with liquid, it can be carefully removed with a cloth without remainders.

How can I pay?

You can choose between the following methods of payment: credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.

Is the resolution of my photograph sufficient?

You can have canvas photos produced in good quality in the formats 80 x 60 cm and 100 x 75 cm with a resolution of two megapixel . If you want a larger format, your resolution should not be below 4 megapixel. Please read our stated minimum values under "Formats & Prices".

How thick is the frame?

The frame is 2 cm thick. If you want a thicker frame, you can also purchase frames that are 4 cm thick during the order process.

Can I also order printed canvases without frames?

No, this is not possible. We only deliver fully confectioned products.
